The rooms were super clean and comfy, with big beds perfect for crashing after a busy day of exploring Hong Kong. The staff, especially Ate Lileth, were super cool and always ready to help us out. We loved the convenient microwave and water dispenser in the room, perfect for those late-night snacking sessions. And the location was on point, with easy access to all the rad shopping districts and tourist attractions. Plus, with cable programming available, we had non-stop entertainment in our downtime. We had a great stay at Premium Lounge. The room, although small, was clean and tidy. The AC worked well and the staff were very friendly. We appreciated the filtered hot and cold water provided, as well as the availability of a microwave. The location was perfect, surrounded by malls and shops, and only a 5-minute walk to the MRT. Plus, it was conveniently close to the mosque.

just returned from my fourth visit to hk and premium lounge once again exceeded my expectations. the cleanliness was top-notch, with sparkling rooms and fresh white towels daily. the staff provided excellent security and were always available for any requests. great location and extra features in the lobby made my stay even more comfortable.
